Healthcare is more than just a doctor’s visit whether it’s a safe place to live or nutritious food, access to a dedicated medical team and medications, or personalized counseling, Heartland Alliance Health partners with our participants to provide comprehensive services to meet each person’s needs regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay.
We provide comprehensive, high-quality primary medical, dental, mental health, and substance use care within our health centers. We also go outside our doors, meeting people where they are by delivering care in shelters, transitional housing programs, encampments, and on the streets.
